Gemini parking

Hello, I have read the Newbies post over the last 2 days and am sorry to start a new post but I really am confused on next steps.
I have received a debt collectors letter for £170 saying 2 missed payment deadlines. I have never recieved the PCN. I have updated the V5C since reading the guidance as my address was the old one.
Now do I tell Gemini about the change in address for them to reissue the PCN? Or do I request that from the debt collectors?
Once they reply do I then issue the response about the keeper liability or appeal?

1. Ignore the debt collectors letters.
2. Tell Gemini about the change of address and tell them to ERASE the old address for service that they have.
3. Do you know where the charge was incurred? If so complain to the landowner etc as per Newbees thread.

Just read the 4th post of the Newbies thread. Nothing in that post is confusing; it's the one with pics of the £170 threatograms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The centre can get the PCN cancelled for £20 admin fee.
I have emailed both companies about the postal address via the data protection email.
Does it mean now I've done this the PCN will be started again to my new address?0 -
I'd consider paying £20 now, to draw a line under it. Up to you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
