I paid for parking!

Looking for some advice please. I parked in a hospital car park back in February and paid for my parking before I left.

A few weeks later I received a fine from the parking company for not paying for my parking.

I appealed it, it got rejected.

Have since appealed at every opportunity I’ve been given, and I’m now at the point where I can’t appeal any further and they are threatening court if I don’t pay the £130.

I am not paying a fine for parking that I paid for and have proof of paying!

What’s my next steps? Let them take me to court?

I don’t want a CCJ but I most definitely won’t be paying a fine for parking I paid for!

    1. It's not a fine.
    2. You only get a ccj IF it goes to court AND IF you lose and then IF YOU don't pay within 28 days - so don't wortrk about that.
    3. Have you complained to the hospital?

Which parking company   ?  Which hospital   ?

Definitely wasn't a fine, just a pcn invoice from a private parking company  ( magistrates issue fines   )

What was the alleged breach of the parking contract listed on the NTK PCN letter   ?

Perhaps it was a VRM error , or machine fault   ?

Why didn't you complain about it to PALS or to the Trust itself,  get it done ASAP , known as plan A

Have you read the newbees thread especially this section:

    1. ALL CASES, EVERYWHERE - COMPLAIN FIRST, ESPECIALLY OVER A RETAIL, HOTEL, OR HOSPITAL CAR PARK:

Always complain to the Retailer very quickly. This is 'Plan A' :

Successful complaints about private parking tickets - how to get them cancelled! <<< CLICK

It can be easy and quick to get these cancelled by a landowner. If the charge was at a Hospital then immediately complain to PALS (Google it and find their local contact).

Welcome! Please come back to your thread. You will never be paying this.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
