DCBLegal letter of claim... what do I do?

Options
Hi all,
 Please I need some guidance.
I received a letter of notice of intended legal action by DCBL dating 22/04/2025 for a parking charge for overstaying dating on 30/11/2024.
I emailed the secure parking solution complaining and stating that I have not received any notice to keeper, and stating that I am the registered keeper.
I was dismissed and asked to get in touch with dcbl.
This morning I just received a letter from dcbl legal title letter of claim with a 30says window to respond- issue date 20/05/2025.

I wanted to complain to the landlord owner, but there is information of that as the parking is attached to a pub that has been closed for the last 6 years.
Do I complain to POPLA? Do I contact DCBL and complain?

Please I am unsure on where to go.

Thanks in advance

    None of the above

Study the 5th and 2nd posts in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad

Email the LoC response template to DCB Legal,  just that task for now

Then await the inevitable court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post next month

Then come back here to this thread for further help
