On the 18th April I accepted the Ichoosr offer for a Spring Community saver Tariff that was auctioned and won by British Gas.where people sign up to interest on using people power to get a Community Tariff.

The Gas tariff was switched within 7 days but I was with BG for Gas already.
Electricity has still not been switched and Fuse my current supplier havent had any request to switch, BG say they havent been instructed to switch the electricity.
Ichoosr say they havent had a reply from BG so Im in a circle of blame and nil responsibility.

Anyone have any suggestions how to resolve?

Ichoosr say they've sent a request to BG to switch you, but BG say they haven't received the request?
Can Ichoosr send the request again? Alternatively can you ask BG directly to switch you to whatever tariff this is?

BG were quite vehement that its not a standard published tariff and therefore cant accept my request without Ichoosr's missing paperwork, all very strange when BG must have had paperwork to change my Gas Tarif correctly which they have done.
Ive posted a message on X and copied in all 3 companies involved, fingers crossed.

I used Ichoosr and a similar scheme run by my local council, but the results were never worthwhile.  This was before the energy crisis, when it was de rigueur to have fixed tariffs, the SVT then being sky high and the price cap was largely theoretical, just to give some protection to those who still thought the Gas Board was their supplier.
However, I doubt that much has changed.  Did you have a trawl through all the Ofgem accredited comparison sites?

Yes I did, and this was the best offer on the market for me hence why I took it.
