Seed sell off

When do Dobbies sell of cheap seeds. I recall in a previous year Dobbies reducing a lot of seeds by about 50% old seed? I just can't remember when the sale was.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    Wyevale used to have a big seed sale around the end of August.  I think it's too early yet.

    Trick is to buy the seeds in the sell off for the following year.
    They aren't daft and won't sell until later in the year.
    Lidl had some quiet cheap but I suspect they've been replaced by summer holiday stuff. Worth a go.
    Never heard of Dobbies.

    Seem to remember Wilko doing something similar when they were still around.

    If you subscribe to T&M's emails, you'll find they do a lot of seed offers, including free p&p.  Others, like DT Brown and Mr Fothergill, do similarly, just less often. T&M had over 1300 items on offer last week, starting at 69p.

    None in my Lidl now.
    Dobbies is big, but not where we live. You'd have to go to Shepton Mallet....and who in their right mind would, unless they needed a new hip or knee. ;)

    Thanks, I've just got some from T& M and from Suttons all under a £1.

    Check DT Brown & Fothergills, it's free P & P & right now, and some are 3 for price of two even on offer.
    Some low as 69p

    Please note, for the sake of my ex-husband's ex-colleagues, Dobbies the garden centre is NOT the same as Dobies the seed company.  So it's no good going in there asking for something they haven't got and saying "but it's in your catalogue...".
