What a story those figures tell! Just over 21% are 'cancelled', more than one in five. I wonder what the reasons were for cancelling. How many of the 'gullibles' PNs would have been cancelled if they had realised that they could use those reasons to put up a fight? No need to do Court with returns like that as it would just be a case of diminishing returns. More profitable to threaten bye-laws and prosecution. When does something of that magnitude become fraudulent.
How is it that parking management, that could and should be beneficial, has been turned through 180° and become just a money gouging exercise?3 -
