Uber Account Blocked.

Hi Guys.
Someone has managed to hack my uber account and it has now become blocked, I am unable to sign into the app or the website, uber will only typically only offer me help through the in app support. I have tried to create a new account with my work number, it worked for a bit and then stopped, I assume it recognised my IP address.
Be good to know if anyone else has experienced this.

I assume it must be, but I think it is an old card, but yes probably to the same account0

And if you use the same email and password combination anywhere else, change that as well.1
