With the "Select Tool " Active - curor will be an "I" - Try dragging your mouse/cursor over the text you want then copy and paste
If that don't work, look at the document properties File menu >> properties >> Security tab .... copying maybe "Not Allowed"
above depend what version of Adobe Reader you are using - so just generic help.... HTHRich people save then spend.

Sadly its a table. I'll have to ask the boyf when he gets home.

You could try a screen capture utility (these are free):

On the 'select' icon on the toolbar, you have two options: select text or select image. Choose select image and draw a box around the part of the page you want to capture. Then open Word or Paint and paste it in.0

create your own one page pdf file by using a pfd printer such as http://www.cutepdf.com/
select the one page you want to use and then it creates a pfd file with that one page - it is just called printing - no real papre involved ... but you use it by file menu >> print - then change to the CutePDF Printer ...........Rich people save then spend.
