Apple health data

Hi,
my girlfriends Apple Watch broke last week, she has got a new one along with a new phone

everything has downloaded from the cloud apart from her health data, so it is only showing her rings completed for the last three days or so

She has also wipes her old phone, not sure if it’s all been lost now?

Yes, if she'd turned off syncing health data to iCloud then it's gone

She wouldn’t have purposely turned anything off, not sure if it is automatically on or off though - I wouldn’t have wiped it till I knew myself!

Has she logged into icloud on the web to see if the data are there?

Ah no, I wasn’t sure if it would be visible like that, I’ll give that a go

Apparently not.  It is backed up but it seems you can't view it, apologies for misleading info.

It’s ok, it appeared over night, must take a while to download, she got the phone last Thursday I think

Good result in the end, but it is a timely reminder to make sure all data is accounted for BEFORE you wipe the old device!
