I know this is a complicated question. But just wondered on personal experiences how long did your whole house selling/buying process take from offer accepted.

10 months from offer accepted. Had to wait for the chain to build - collapse - and rebuild.1

Six months - and that was with no chain at either end. Just us (selling a BTL flat) and our first-time buyer.0

The question is to general. There will be a difference between freehold & leasehold and the many other varieties such as Ftb, no chain, long chain, collapsed chain etc etc.0

Too general to say, but over 12 weeks is pretty normal these days0
