You seem to be giving these dimwits too much credibility, they are just a two bit company that have joined the ranks of others that have found an easy way to make money, they do not manage car parking, there is no appeal process it's all a sham designed to copy (on paper only) an authority process.

These are not fines or penalties and any one in the UK can just start up a firm and call them selves a private parking company it takes very little brain just a twisted desire to con as many people out of their cash as possible.

None of them can "issue a CCJ" like anyone else they can for a small fee start a claim in the small claims court I can do that you can do that.

The situations you have outlined do not mean you have to fold and pay their invoices as others have stated.

The ownership of that land is down to them to prove conclusively with evidence from the landowner that they are acting on behalf of, in any case the details will be available somewhere to you with some research also.

These companies don't charge anything to the landowner they make their large profits from situations like this and targets like you, they actually want you to get into this situation they are not trying to stop it there's no money in cancelling these charges on appeal.
