Stansted Starbucks Met parking charge

Hi, I have received a parking charge from MET parking services but unsure how to proceed with the template to appeal. I went in and Mcdonalds was closed (for refurbishment I believe) so I found a disabled bay near starbucks and displayed my blue badge. I stayed for 32 minutes and never even got out the car, I was also parked under a sign which stated 60 minutes free parking and now they have sent through a charge for £100 (£60 if paid early)! Where do I stand with this & should I use the template? Ive seen lots of threads stating not to admit who was driving etc but not sure if this would work in my case, so thought Id ask before submitting anything. Many thanks in advance!

No blabbing about who was driving, or about the incident itself
Study the recent cases on here that invoke the no keeper liability aspect, due to the restaurant being on airport land1
