HSBC balance transfer offer query

in Credit cards
Hi, i was wondering if anyone has experience with HSBC's balance transfer offers.
They have offered me a 12 month interest free offer that expires at the end of the month and although i could use it, it would be more beneficial next month.
However i don't know if the offer will renew or change or what?
Also when they made me the offer this month i had a small balance on the card but now i have zero balance on it.
What is the likelihood that they will make a similar offer next month? and will having zero balance negatively effect the possibility of another offer being made next month (i know it's only 1-2 days away)
Thanks for any info.
Also, as a side, do balance transfers when made count as monthly payments for the credit card that has the balance (or part of it) transferred out?

HSBC have offered me a few over the last few months but there is no guarantee either way that you would or would not have the offer, no-one can tell you as all offers are unique
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
