Disabled and received a PCN from Premier Park Ltd

Options
in April 2022, I received a PCN from Premier Park Ltd, where I parked by costco in Cardiff.  I am disabled and in getting out of my car, my badge fell onto the car-seat, passenger side.  I appealed the PCN and it was declined.  I went to POPLA and the appeal was declined.  I wrote to POPLA again and they declined my appeal again.  After that I received several Debt REcovery Plus notices and ignored those.
In MArch 2023, I received a letter before claim from Gladstones Solicitors.  I completed the form but also asked for the Equality Policy from the client, with specific reference to how they support disabled service users.  No response.
Now, just over 2 years, I receive a letter of claim from BW Legal.  This time a wrote a complaint email to Premier Park Ltd and also detailed my request for their reasonable adjustments and practice for disabled people.  I am also sending a HOLD notice to BW Legal.
So my question is 2what else can I do".  I am very anxious about this as it is now 3 years and I am afraid it is stressing me out.  Any other advice will be appreciated, thanks

BW Legal Letter Before Claims are sometimes a bluff. I have 2 in the drawer from years ago.

You can ask for breathing space and tell BW Legal that you are vulnerable. Use those words. Show as much evidence as you can.

What happened when you complained to the retail park? That will still work now if you cite discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.

Reply from the parking company:  complaint denied and need to pay the fine through BW legal.  So not happy!

It isn't a "fine", and they would say that as they are only in it for their greed!
If you displayed your badge as a courtesy to help them fulfil their obligations (it is not relevant in private car parks) and it was still visible on the seat, you did what you could.
In the spirit of the sham appeals service you supplied retrospective further confirmation of your entitlement to park where you did, but they are just hiding behind a contract to make a profit at your disadvantage.
Don't fall for their bullying scam!

Did you do the above two things using the exact phrases shown? I didn't advise you to contact the parking firm. The advice was to contact the two companies above stating your position exactly as I posted.

@Coupon-mad - thanks for your advice.  I actioned bwlegal as you suggested.  However the retail park said they do not deal with PCNs, I must go to the parking firm.  The parking firm has replied and say the PCN applies and if I want to further appeal then I should go to BPA.  What are your thoughts please?  Any other suggestions?  Many thanks

I don't understand. You weren't appealing to BW Legal or to the retail park.

    - to BW Legal, you were advised ask for breathing space and tell BW Legal that you are vulnerable.

Using those words and as much evidence as you can/were happy to show. What was their response to those words and evidence?

    - to the retail park you were complaining, citing discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. Not appealing about a PCN. Did you cite the law?
