    of course Moorside have come back asking me to settle out of court and if not will proceed with the claim. Included is their directions questionnaire with mediation service. Can you reject mediation service?

    No, but you dont have to take the call, doesn't matter if you miss it

    Ideally you take the call, say "no offer today, see them in court" and let it progress to your local civil court
