Hello Everyone,
I am looking for advice, I received in the post a NCP Parking Charge to Keeper letter.
I had paid for parking for two hours, entry was from 11:19:23 and Exit was from 13:36:06
A total of 17:06 overstayed,
I have not appealed yet as I need to make sure I appeal correctly,
Thank you for your advice and guidance.

What are the dates - of parking and issue?
Does the notice mention the Protection of Freedoms Act?
It's not terribly important because you can use the template keeper appeal regardless.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Welcome!
Compare your NTK to the images of NCP ones in my NTK pictures thread and tell us if it has non-POFA wording?
My bet is it'll match the non-POFA worded one.
In which case you obviously appeal as keeper as seen in all the other NCP threads you may have searched for and read.
Very easy as long as you DO NOT IMPLY WHO WAS DRIVING AND NO TALKING ABOUT THE STORY OF WHAT HAPPENED.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, Coupon-mad, I’ve not appealed yet so will make sure I follow your instructions.1

Press the red report button on each one and ask the admins to merge them all into one single thread, possibly apologise for causing the extra workload too, if there were several identical threadsMagicpower said:
