National Parking Control (NPC) and DCBL - claiming 5 min overstay

NPC have replied to say that following review the PCN has been cancelled 'as a gesture of goodwill'(!!). Thanks all for your assistance.
I seized the chance to raise your case directly with the IPC last month when I had their attention in 'another place' where they had no choice but to listen to me and could not fob me off. I suspect that may have helped but who knows. I thought you'd like to know that I did some serious leaning on the IPC when the opportunity arose and your case was raised & linked specifically.
Anyway, you must take the credit for being persistent. Result!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
