Previously had an old style Comfort Plus White Meter from Scottish Power which had three rates Day, Night and Heat. Due to the RTS switch off Scottish Power arranged an electrician to update it, they have installed a basic two rate meter which only has Day and Night. Now my account has been closed and Scottish Power have set me up with a new account. However the new account has been set up with three rates despite the meter only having two. So now the account is showing errors and Scottish Power dont understand that they have installed the wrong meter. Has anyone else had this issue? I cant currently put meter readings/pay/get any information due to this error.
