Italy ZTL fine
The hotel was in the centre and Sat Nav took me into what turned out to be closed roads. In the end I had to abandon the car and walk.
Long story short - I entered a ZTL four times within 20 minutes and have received 4 fines.
Any advice from those in the know please?

You can ignore. There is no reciprocal agreement between the countries.

Hello,
I received a ztl in Lucca, issued by the Vatican City on 12th September, 2025. The date of the offence was 13th July, 2024.
I understand that under EU rules, the notice usually must be served within 360 days to foreign drivers??
I received the fine/documents in October last year, 2025 and have done nothing about it. I am due to go back for 1 week later this month, and hopefully to live there for a year commencing May.
Do I pay the fine now (which should be nearly 200 euros for late payment) or simply ignore it?
Since receiving the fine last October, I have not received any reminders etc.
Thanks
