Having looked closely at my account (£7,500 and full) I noticed that the interest they are charging me is over £119 per month. I would like negotiate with them stopping that interest - does anybody know who I contact I am loosing the will talking to someone in India who doesn't understand me etc.. anyone know how I go about trying to negotiate? I have lost my job so no chance in transferring to a 0% card...

When you speak to the call centre politely but firmly request that you speak to someone in the UK. My wife did this recently and got contradictory but correct advice from someone in Chester.
