Transfer from Nationwide to Lloyds savings account doesn’t appear in transactions

We made a test transfer from a Nationwide current account to a Lloyds savings account held by my wife.  The balance on the account has updated by the amount transferred almost instantly, but after more than 24 hours, the actual transaction doesn’t appear in the transactions list, even though a transfer she made from the account to her own Lloyds current account appeared instantly

Does this mean the funds are not cleared in some way?

The reason is that this is the account that is set to receive a very large amount of money when we sell our house and I don’t want to have it stuck for days waiting for Lloyds to clear it (while they make interest on the money).

If it is a very small amount from an account that doesn't usually pay into the receiving account it may have triggered a suspicious transaction alert.

I don’t think so because as said, the actual available balance has updated to the correct amount.

Also, after checking again, the transfer out that my wife did to her current account is also not appearing as a transaction in the savings account list, even though it appears and a transaction and is available as cash to spend already in her current account.

Hopefully it is just a case that because it’s a savings account the transaction list doesn’t get updated every day.

Also it wasn’t really a very small amount it was £400

Had similar issue today opened a Halifax current account transfered from internal account could see amount transferred in the summary but no transaction shown on statement plus showing zero balance made one transfer out Internally and setup a payee after making the transfers out the summary page showed the reduced balance but still no transactions showing on statement.
Logged on later now showing transactions
As to a large sum being paid into any account by a transfer is likely to trigger a few questions
Would be better to lodge a cheque and get those questions asked face to face
Are you going to be charged a fee for the transfer?

I cannot make any sense of this. "The balance on the account"? Which account? Nationwide or Lloyds? "even though a transfer she made from the account"? Which account?

I had this yesterday. I opened a new current account with Lloyds and transferred money over from Nationwide.

The Lloyds balance updated but wouldn't show the transaction in the list of transactions. It's there this morning.

In the Lloyds phone app that my wife is using, the balance of the savings account immediately increased by £400.  However, there was no £400 transaction appearing in the transaction list.

She then transferred the £400 from the Lloyds savings account to her Lloyds current account.  The same thing - the balance decreased by £400 but no transaction appears against the Lloyds savings account (although there is the incoming transaction on her current account).

I have seen this happen before with other banks like Nationwide, but usually the transaction appears after a few hours or maximum the next morning.  What is concerning me is that the transaction is still not appearing more than 24 hours later.
