    Anybody else getting this?

I'm considering taking them to Small Claims Court but thought I'd check on here if anybody else is hitting a brick wall, or if you've found a department/ email address I can get them on.
    Hi whalemoney
I should think the Small Claims Court would be the very last option.
It has just taken me 3+ months to get recompense for a lost parcel, but eventually I was successful. See my update here:

I have found the RM claim process has been fine for a long time, submit the form online and receive a cheque within a few day, so it's worrying that this may have changed. I haven't had to make a claim in a while but over the last few days 4 buyers on ebay have said they haven't received parcels I sent in mid-May/early June. I suspect that there is a problem at the sorting office, this happened a few months ago and I lost about a dozen parcels, it eventually stopped but the parcels never turned up and I claimed back a large part of the value.
It sound like I may have a battle recovering my losses this time!
