Hi

I received an email to advise me that my latest report was available to view and advised me on how I could increase the score. 

It stated that I could register to vote which could increase my rating.

I have checked and I am registered to vote, but I am not on the open register.  The council has advised me that this will not affect my visibility on the register as credit reference agencies as they are entitled to see the full register.

Please advise accordingly.
