I have recently applied and paid for 3 times, for an eTA to travel to Canada. Each time the reply as been 'withdrawn', with no explanation.
I have visited Canada before with no problem.
Can anyone advise?

If they keep withdrawing your application they for some reason do not feel you meet the requirements. Apply for a visa rather than an eta1

have you made sure you have fully completed all the questions?
Is your passport number noted correctly- a mistyped number can stop your application.1 -
'Withdrawn' suggests that the system thinks the person making the application has cancelled the application. If the Canadian authorities were refusing the application I would expect it to say 'Denied' or similar.1

Has the old one expired? According to the Canadian government website they last for up to 5 years, or until you change your passport.....1
