    Holidaymakers don't have security of tenure, so they can be kicked out and then pursue a claim for breach of contract.

    Sound a bit like what happen to my parents, which was in Spain. The management company let out the flat my parents owned without my parents permission. So my patents turned up to find people staying in the flat. The renter had to leave as they didn't have a legal agreement to stay there.
