HI All,
Great site , followed through the stickies with the standard appeal not naming the driver , got a letter through the post from a lovely company called Park Maven , I did park in the car park there for 17 minutes as I was trying to book a room at Premier Inn for the night on my drive back North, however the prices were a joke so I didn't end up booking.
I used the standard template , not naming the driver etc and I have the standard reply - the question is am i best off on my POPLA appeal saying that I only parked as I wanted to use the services of the hotel, or do i go down the sinage route etc as I don't actually remember seeing any, or do I just ignore them now and see if i get a court letter?

Popla only decide if the pcn was correctly issued or not, so wont be interested in why the driver was there, or why they exceeded the consideration period either
You may get a discontinuance if they issue a court claim within the next 6 years1 -

"Because we don't actually run a genuine appeals process we can't tell you why we won't allow yours. They all get disallowed, obviously. We also won't be actually informing you the precise contract we allege exists between us. We just want you to pay up, whether legally obliged to or not."Absolute shysters. You can Google Parkmaven signage. All unenforceable because they use microscopic text on purpose.3
