Now TV Payments Reclaim

Hello everyone. Thank you for your responses. I have now spoken to NOW TV and they have offered to refund me for the last 3 months. I am disappointed and do feel that the wording is vague. Packages or subscriptions would seem to me to be clearer, and more commonly used terms, to refer to their different offerings (as their own summary of 'Memberships' seems to acknowledge). Still, I will try to check my outgoings more often.
