Forget those 2 in the pack,  it's the N1SDT claim form you should be looking at

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of that claim form below,  after hiding the VRM details first

No personal or private information should be on show,  but leave the dates showing

Presumably its a claim by ECP via DCB LEGAL   ?  Top left of the claim form near your name and address
Yes it’s from from DCB legal, is the N1SDT claim form the first page where it has my address DCB legal and the screenshot from below?

The issued dated the 31st of July 2025

Yes, that's a claim form that you need to defend using the template.

Thanks, could you send me a link to the template please? I can’t seem to find it and it’s a bit confusing which one to follow

The template is in the defence template thread by coupon mad near the top of the forum,  it's above this thread, near where you pressed the Start new thread button

Thanks for that. I filled in the AOS

Am I right in thinking the next step is use the start defence response form with disputing the whole claim?

It will be, once your defence has been drafted and approved,  which hasn't happened yet

    You aren't waiting for anything.

You must defend. Use the template.

Everyone (hundreds of posters in the first half of 2025 alone) with a single PCN claim from DCB Legal, have easily beaten it.

See the NEWBIES FAQS thread second post and the Template Defence thread. Really easy! DCB Legal will discontinue by the New Year. No hearing, no costs, nowt scary.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Curiosity killed the cat, just slow down and follow the instructions in the 2 announcements

Draft your defence now, because the ball is in your court,  you aren't waiting for anything,  the CNBC is   ( your defence   )

Any idea of what sort of text to add to the existing template? As I was actually parked here whilst dropping somebody off so I’m not really sure what to add as technically I did park here without a ticket
