Trading 212 withdraw funds and close account?

How do I withdraw the funds and close my trading 212 account?
The balance is £41.52.

All I can withdraw is £1.52, the .52p I presume is what interest/profit I have gained as I invested £1 when I opened the account..

What about the £40 shares or can that not be withdrawn?

When did you open the account? Weren't the terms that it had to open a month or so before you can withdraw the £40 bonus? What do the terms say?

Any clues for other people that might have the same issue? 
I was going to suggest that you can't withdraw shares, you need to sell them first
