    Welcome to the forum.

    You simply haven't told us enough for us to be able to tell you your rights to cancel.

    For example:
    • Can we assume that their surveyor has visited your bedroom to take measurements?
    • Has the company made the various components accordingly in your specified style?
    • What are the reasons why they have not turned up to complete the fitting?
    • What is the timeframe for all this?
    • How have you paid?

    Yes for the first 2
    the first reason was van broken down and then from another person sick and we have had no reason why they did not turn up we got the salesman in January and that’s when we signed up and no we have not paid

     If you haven't paid them anything i would just tell them i am cancelling due to their inability to complete the job.
