    Geekom mini PCs are well worth checking out but you'll not get a built in DVD drive.

    You can think of mini pc's as laptop components rearranged into a little box. I had one and it was a great little machine, it was bought as a stop-gap but ended up using it for over a year. Gave it to a friend and he's still very happy with it. If you're not a gamer then they're great.
    The bigger names are Beelink (on Amazon) and Geekom who have their own site. Both nearly always have an offer on. An AMD version is usually better price per pound.
