As its not a UK company then you can't enforce anything written in their T&Cs.

All you can do is leave reviews online with images showing the awful quality to deter others from purchasing. The shop might the offer a refund if you remove the review. Or they might not care.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

I would expect consumer laws in Australia are broadly similar to those in the UK. But if it came to court and you had to attend then that would obviously be a problem.0
