Help with Popla appeal - Ringgo website not recognising car park

Can anyone tell me whether it's worth appealing to popla and if so help with a template please?  I parked in a local car park for 1.5 hours and have received a ticket. I didn't have any cash so tried to use the Ringgo app which I use all the time.  The app and website did not recognise the car park number and when I looked on 'map view'  the car park  doesn't  even show up on the website.  The response to my appeal was very generic and didn't really relate to my points. I have attached relevant photos, many thanks

Parking charge number showing in 1st image and ? is that your VRM in 3rd image. You can't delete/edit your posts yet as you're a Newbie. Use Report flag to ask admin to remove images. Redact and repost them.

POPLA usually say if you can't pay for parking leave and park elsewhere. There's no template for POPLA appeals but have a look in POPLA decisions Announcement thread to see recent successful appeal points.

It works on the Sippi app though.
It's not very clear because it's on the floor.

More importantly it seems like they've removed themselves from RingGo and moved over to Sippi, but they haven't removed the RingGo signs.

I'd be quoting this in your Popla appeal, if you want to go to them.

In addition, that sign on a pole is illegible. An A3 ish sign with print that small 9 feet high isn't sufficient to form a valid contract.

I can't find anything except the actual train station car park on Google maps, is it that one?

@Coupon-mad no that is a separate car park, the one that I was in does not show up on the app

That looks like a ParkingEye sign though, as the image is 6 years old.
