How to turn off child lock on washing machine?

Hi all 

We have a 

Indesit My Time EWD71453WUKN 7kg Washing Machine with 1400 rpm - White - D Rated

However, when I pressed some buttons by mistake I think I may have activated the child lock. Now I can't turn it off or open the door. 
I've unplugged it and left it for ages and pressed and held the on off button and the start button but nothing gets rid of it or open the washing machine door.

Any help appreciated alot.

Have you googled the manual? Or searched for the answer on YouTube? 

A quick google tells me that if you hold the Lock button for 3 seconds or so it will switch off. If there is no Lock button then doing the same with the Start button might do the trick.

It's not Child Lock as the manual seems to say nothing about it.

Are you able to set another program?  Try running a drain (or if needs be, rinse, spin and drain).  It might be there is still water in the drum so its keeping the door locked.
