    I have had a quote from 1st central @ £383.08 compared to LV @ £955.010.
Is it safe to pick the cheapest?
    What do you mean safe?

1st Central are an authorised broker and they will be selling you motor insurance that complies with UK legislation. If thats what you mean "safe"?

What they will do however is double check all the details you gave them to ensure they are accurate. This shouldn't be a problem as you confirmed a statement that all details you entered were complete and accurate rather than being a guesstimate. If they find out you bought the car 5 months ago rather than the 7 months you declared there will be at least an admin fee for making the correction and potentially an additional premium.
