    Thanks, have been through both of those documents and will be putting together my witness statement if DCBlegal doesn't discontinue by then. I don't believe there was anything in the Newbies or Defence template threads about how to deal with subsequent offers for settlement so wasn't sure if there was any obligation to formally respond.

    Will ignore and continue to prepare for an eventual hearing

    Just wanted to update that DCBLegal have written about a week before the court deadline for paying their court fees that they have decided to discontinue. Chalk down another win against the machine.

    My thanks to everyone who helped put together all the help available on these forums and those who have chimed in with advice for my thread particularly.
