Natwest blocking payment to CHIP ISA

anyone else had this? tried to pay ~£9k into a new Chip ISA and it was immediately blocked by Natwest anti-fraud who apparantly don't like ClearBank very much. Now all payments to Chip being blocked. Assuming I can get the bank to actually give me access to my money again does anyone now if there's a limit to avoid this happening?

What was blocked - the transfer or the online account?
If the latter, what do you mean by "access to my money"?
If the former, you can usually have the block lifted by calling to the bank.

It is known that some banks impose quite low limits to Open Banking transfers. You could try a lower amount, say ~£4.5k or make the payment using a pushed Faster Payment.
Normally if an OB or FP fail, the money is available, so the "access to my money" statement suggests something else may be going on. Exactly what do you see in your transaction history and available balance at Natwest?
