Anyone using Sidekick found a way to view the daily accrued Interest amount?

Has anyone managed to locate the daily interest amount in the Sidekick app? I can see interest earned to date but nothing about the actual daily interest (interest info says accrued every day but only applied from Sunday through to Thursday).

Never heard of Sidekick but a quick google yields this:

    https://www.sidekickmoney.com/cash

It sounds like you have an EA savings account paying 4.51%.

You could minus the interest from one day to the next to get an idea of how much interest you're earning every day and check to see if it's around BALANCE*(0.0451/365).
    Know what you don't

They were on the MSE Easy Access Savings list which I how I came across them. The account itself is via Oaknorth at 4.04% and Sidekick boost it by .72% (paid monthly). I've calculated the daily interest myself using same formula you provided above and the total earned interest doesn't match (about 35p out - not a lot but I like to understand why). It's handy if you can see that their daily interest is matching your own calcuations. I will message them and see if its hidden somewhere.

Hi there did you work it out in the end? Is everything correct?

I have an account with them and I've always just assumed it the interest was added properly.

    This was their response:

    Hi
    Thanks for getting in touch.
At the moment, the app doesn’t display the daily added interest. However, each month a statement is made available to you, which includes a breakdown of the interest paid out each day.
Since your account was opened in May, your first statement will be available in June—typically from the 1st of the month.
To view your savings statement, follow these steps:
    Tap on the Savings tile.
Scroll down and tap on Important Documents.
Select Savings Statement to access your monthly statement.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with!
    Best regards,

    Christine

Mine looks ok (within a few pence of my own calculation). Will know for sure when statement is posted.
