I am in the UK and the site is .co.uk, with all items in GBP so I didn't think it was a USA company
Many USA companies use localised domains and currencies, Amazon being one obvious example!
Amazon is in Luxembourg if you are a UK customer.
If you are a UK customer, Amazon's registered address is 1 Principal Place, Worship Street, London ECA 2BA and is registered there with Companies House Reg. no. 11049457

It is indeed not clear but there are a few clues
the t&cs say Pricing of products sold by meetcurve.co.uk is based upon figures calculated in U.S. Dollars (US$).....
UK companies must show their company number and registered address on their website - if you don't see these then you are not dealing with a UK company
