Looking for SAS Recommendation for Block Management
Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking into better ways to manage a few residential blocks and was wondering if anyone here can recommend a good SAS (Software as a Service) solution specifically for block management? Ideally something user-friendly and cost-effective for managing service charges, maintenance schedules, and communication with leaseholders.
Any suggestions or personal experiences would be much appreciated!

FWIW, the standard abbreviation for Software as a Service is SaaS (rather than SAS).
As an aside, 'Software as a Service' probably isn't a term that many people are familiar with. You might get a better response if you explain that you're looking for "an online computer application for Block Management, which you can pay for by monthly or yearly subscription".

I would not recommend the SAS for block management. Blowing it up, gaining access, yes; management, no.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales2

From what I've seen, the smoother setups are usually the ones that don't try to overcomplicate things.0

You might want to look into TurboTenant. It's more geared towards landlords than big block managers, but it's really solid if you're managing multiple units and want something simple that covers rent collection, maintenance, and tenant management.
