Transfer childcare benefit credits for one of my two children

Hi
I am currently accuring National Insurance credits for both of my children. Can I transfer NI credits for just one of my own children to my spouse so that we both accrue NI credits. My spouse tried filling out the CF411A form but there was no section to just select on child.
Many thanks in advance

I'm fairly sure the answer is "no you can't" short of getting divorced and living apart with one child each so you can both claim Child Benefit.N. Hampshire, he/him. You and your partner can claim for different children. If you live together, only one of you can claim at the higher rate, for the eldest child in the household. If you both claim at the higher rate, you may have to pay back some of the money.By

If you both need the ni credit Then presumably neither of you are working full-time? So presuming that to be true, what benefits are you claiming Because some benefits with a National Insurance credit included1
