When you e-mailed, have you sent it to the hello@octopus address or smart@octopus? Sending it to the smart meter team tends to get better results (but not always).
On the communications module on top of the electric meter, there are two LEDs marked WAN and HAN. Are those lights on at all, do they flash? (I don't know what they're supposed to do, but members who do know may be better able to help if they know what your lights are doing.)0 -
Scroll down about two-thirds of the page to 'What does the flashing rate mean?'0

Instead of emailing, give them a ring. Usually don't have to hang on too long until it's answered, although morning after a bank holiday might be a bit busier.
You could also try sending manual meter readings, you can see the electric one. Press buttons on the gas one to wake it up, don't worry, you can't break it or do anything wrong.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Ok, I suggest that for now you forget that your meters are meant to be smart and treat them as though they were conventional meters. You can read them yourself and submit the readings to Octopus via their website (and possibly via their app, I've never tried that). For your electricity meter, the last photo you've shared where it says "A+ value" is your meter reading. 00400 kWh which you would send to Octopus as a reading of 400.For your gas meter, you'll have to press one of the buttons to wake up the display. You can then press the buttons to move through the screens. Find the one that says "m3" on it. That should be your gas meter reading. Share a photo here and we can tell you if you've got the right number to send to Octopus.N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Your meters will be recording usage. You can see this on the electricity meter photos as the photo shows 400kWh. Assuming the meter was brand new it would have started at 0, so you've used 400kWh since it was installed. 400 x 22.7p = £90.80 since March 26th.
You can still read your meters and submit readings to Octopus, just as you did with your old ones. Once they have reads they should be able to bill you. Octopus have a guide on how to read meters Meter Readings | The Ultimate Guide | Octopus Energy You'll need to scroll to the section "How to read your Kaifa MA120" for the electricity, and EDMI for your gas.
It would appear your Smart meters are not communicating with Octopus, so Octopus are not receiving the readings automatically. Smart Meters send their data to the Data Communications Company (DCC). From there it is sent to your supplier. More information here if you want to know How do UK Smart Meters work and who runs them? This is the bit that isn't working with your meters for some reason. You'll need to speak to Octopus to resolve this.
The reason you can see Live usage is that the Octopus Mini connects directly to your meters and then via your WiFi to Octopus servers to give you live data. However Octopus can't use this method for billing and don't store it for historic use.4
