I would guess you put a small screwdriver in the slot and flick off the cover. Have you put "how to remove a Hoppe concealed fixing door handle" into Google? I came up with lots of YouTube videos, one may help you.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

A slot in the handle can be the key to removal – As mentioned in the forum discussion, some concealed fixing handles have a small slot that allows you to pop off the cover and access the screws underneath.

Usually there is two screws through from the handle on the other side of the door

Given the drool in the handle it may need new spring insert.

On searching I have found one mention of that type of handle with the slot and all they managed to do was dig a hole in the door trying to lever it.
There are no screws, I wouldn't be asking if there was.  It is an unsprung handle.
I am really looking for a "I know how that one comes off" answer as all my internet searching has drawn a blank.

What you see is a decorative cover held by the handles.

I think at least one of two handles has a grab screw holding it. And the slot at the bottom is definitely for lifting the cover with a screwdriver - without any need "to dig a hole".

Nope, no screws of any description. That is the problem.

Yet again, nope.  Been through all those videos.  The only thing I noticed today is that the washer behind the handle is split which may be the way but can't see any way of getting it off.

The drawing on the website shows that the handle diameter under the 'gold' cover is bigger than (or the same as) the hole in the cover. This means that the cover is just clipped on the white metal plate and can be unclipped using the slot at the bottom - like in the other youtube video posted here.
