Minor crack in sink -

I've got a minor crack in the bathroom sink (it's either ceramic or porcelain) that I need to repair. Would a 2 part epoxy resin do this job?

Some only seem to be water resistant and/or not white so would welcome recommendations.

I'm not a DIY expert so the easier the better!

Thanks

Photo of the issue could help.

Likely not possible to fill unless the crack is fairly wide / substantial.
Milliput white would be a potential solution Superfine White Milliput - Specially formulated for the restoration of porcelain and ceramics. It is a 2-part epoxy material.

Proper solution is a new sink, of course.

If it has cracked then the structural integrity is already compromised, even more so if moisture has entered.

Time for a new sink or a loud crash as it shatters.

    Bit alarmist methinks.

I had a cracked sink and it stayed intact for a good period of time while I sourced a replacement for it.

Once lived with a damaged toilet pan with multiple cracks and that also stayed together until I sorted a plumber to change it for a new one, in Avocado (all the rage at that time).

Thanks the crack is definitely superficial and mainly hairline so mainly a case of repairing it.
