    An alternative - give the UK International Consumer Centre a call.  They might be able to help.  They used to just be for problems with companies in Europe but now seem to cover a wider area.

    And yet they themselves are breaching a number of pieces of legislation, such as identifying the legal entity operating the site.

    Also why is their contact centre times in GMT? Surely they adjust for BST if they are UK based?
