Tescos Marketplace Purchase not arrived.

Hi. I ordered a large bag of compost on Tesco Marketplace on May 2nd. The money was taken from my credit card immediately. They said it has been dispatched & would arrive by May 9th. It is now May 25th & no compost has arrived. Tesco have said to contact Storm Trading Group Ltd. but this seems impossible. I have complained via the Tesco helpline but they will not refund the money. I have alerted all neighbours with the same postcode but none have the compost. Where do I go next to get a refund?

    I'm not sure why you say it's impossible to contact them, they have a Contact Us page on their website.

     Ask your bank for a chargeback on the basis of non receipt of goods

    Possibly because Tesco have a page which directs you as to how to contact marketplace traders, and storm trading is missing from it. 

    Yes you can google but when Tesco’s whole marketplace policy is linked to direct contact with the trader and then they don’t give you any  details, then that is an oversight on their part,

    I had a look on the FAQs on the Tesco website and they don’t seem to guarantee market place transactions. So, the op may not have any fallback. 

    No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
