Hi can i have a bit of advice please 
 I bought a sofa in june 2024 by  December 2024 it was sinking springs were all loose  the shop  fixed the problem but its happened again   technicians  came out and said it the same issue springs are gone and  infact it injured my shoulder i couldnt get out of the sofa  it wasnt cheap  near to £4000 it was bought from a big named store . Am i right  that i can reject another fix and ask for a refund i have lost all faith in them  thankyou l
