Yes, N1SDT claim form is in my name as lessee and vehicle is name of third party lease company. Euro parking approached first lease company as it registered in their name but lease company asked them to approach me as keeper.

What am I need to inform to court if not defend. I already filed AOS.

I do not understand this - what did you mean?
Just use the standard defence template and adjust paragraph #2 & #3 to suit your circumstances.
