Is it possible to get an insurance policy that pays mortgage payments directly if needed rather than as a regular payments

    No, the two products are separate and whilst it's intended that MPPI is used for mortgage repayment you can actually use it for whatever you want.

    Yes, LV have the pay direct option.  Is there a specific purpose for you wanting that though?
