Any experience of Verfy365?

My solicitors already have all my AML documentation but due to a change of how they operate now want me to submit all again to Verify365. I dont have an issue as such but its an online company with an international base so have some concerns about data privacy etc. I have contacted Verify365 several times asking for information and particularly how long they retain my data but cant get any reply from them.
Has any one used them? and if so know if they delete subjects info after completing the online checks ?

Your relationship is with your solicitor. If they have chosen to outsource their due diligence (or at least a part of it) to a third party then it is for them to answer your questions.0

Why does them being an online company or international make a difference to security? Aren't your solicitors already online and capable of being hacked?0

They say that they dont know and I should contact Verify365 who dont respond. However, i think that they are not in the UK0 -

Unfortunately you are probably already too far into your property transaction, but I'd be considering my custom with this firm. It's a serious inconvenience having to submit documentation a second time. Being unwilling to engage on your legitimate concerns is at best unprofessional and smacks of incompetence.

Verify365 have servers around the world, including the UK. It's possible that the OP's data is being stored in the UK. But, only 'possible'.0
